Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Two Stays Of A 10-Day Prevention Camp In Seaside Resorts For 100 Children (2 X 50 Children) From The Grudzi dz Commune From Disadvantaged Families Aged 8-16

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization Of Two 10-Day Prevention Camps In Seaside Resorts For 100 Children (2 X 50 Children) From The Grudzi dz Commune From Disadvantaged Families Aged 8-16.2. Leisure Must Be Organized In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 30 March 2016 On Leisure For Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 452). The Organizer Will Be Obliged To Report The Prevention Camp To The Competent Education Office. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Implemented In A Holiday Resort In Poland, In Seaside Resorts. Location Of The Stay Up To 300 Km From Grudzi dz. 4. Under The Agreement, The Organizer Will Provide Direct Coach Transport Of Participants From Grudzi dz To The Camp Site And Return In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations For The Transport Of People (Including Current Technical Inspections Of Vehicles Used By Participants, A Valid License For Domestic Passenger Transport, Appropriate Drivers Professional Qualifications). 5. Accommodation In A Brick Facility (Tents Cannot Be Used), With A Facility Qualification Card, In Rooms For Up To 4 People With Direct Access To Sanitary Facilities With Showers, Washbasins, Toilets And Hot Water, A Separate Bed For Each Participant. 6. Full Board (4 Meals During The Day: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea And Dinner) In Accordance With The Principles Of Hygiene And Rational Nutrition Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 , Item 2132), Meals Must Be Varied, Filling, And Meet The Standards In Terms Of Quantity, Quality And Nutritional Value. During The Trips, Camp Participants Should Be Provided With A Packed Lunch And On The Way Back From The Camp. 24-Hour Access To Drinks (E.G. Tea, Water, Compote) Should Be Provided. 7. Implementation Of The Educational, Protective And Preventive Program. The Contractor Should Organize A Program Of Activities For The Time Of Weather And Inclement Weather. The Program Should Include Sports Activities And Games, Field Games, Art Classes, Social Therapy Activities, A Full-Day Trip With Free Admission To The Visited Facilities For Participants. The Educational Staff Must Have Appropriate Qualifications And Experience. Persons With Psychological Education Should Be Secured In The Implementation Of The Preventive Programme. Provide Medical And Nursing Care For The Duration Of The Contract. Camp Participants Should Be Insured Against Accidents. Bathing And Sunbathing Must Take Place On A Guarded Swimming Pool In The Presence Of A Wopr Lifeguard. 8. In Addition, The Organizer Is Obliged To Comply With The Guidelines For Organizers Of Leisure For Children And Youth Prepared By Gis, Mz And Men.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Participants (Up To 10%). The Final Price To Be Paid By The Ordering Party Will Be The Product Of The Price Per Person And The Number Of People Participating In The Holiday.
