The Subject Of The Contract Is The Replacement Of The Expansion Joint Device And The Renovation And Strengthening Of Girder No. 1 On The Section Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover Between Piers 88 And 98. 2. The Performance Of The Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of The Expansion Joint Device At The Junction Of The Main Roadway Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover Towards The Tricity Bypass ( Segment 13) With The Entry Slipway From Ul. Unruga And The Downhill Road To Ul. Kontenerowa (Segment 21) Based On The Project Entitled: Renovation Project Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover - Replacement Of The Expansion Joint Made By A Consortium Of Companies: Optem Sp. Z O.O. And Optemconsult Sp. Z O.O. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk At Ul. Generała Stefana Grota-Roweckiego 12.2) Repair Of Girder No. 1 - Which Is The End Girder Constituting An Element Of The Load-Bearing Structure Of Segment No. 21 (Slipway) Between The Axes Of Supports B05-B06, With A Cantilever Being The Place For The Installation Of A Block-Type Expansion Joint Device, The Replacement Of Which Is Provided For Under Of This Order. The Repair Of The Girder Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Project Entitled Renovation Design Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover - Repair Of Damaged Girders Carried Out By A Consortium Of Companies: Optem Sp. Z O.O. And Optemconsult Sp. Z O.O. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk At Ul. Generała Stefana Grota-Roweckiego 12. The Specified Works Are To Be Performed In The Following Stages. 3. Stage I - Replacement Of The Expansion Joint Device At The Junction Of The Main Roadway Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover In The Direction Of The Tri-City Ring Road (Segment 13) With The Entrance Slip Road From Ul. Unruga And The Downhill Road To Ul. Container (Segment 21). As Part Of Stage I, The Following Should Be Prepared: 1) Technological (Workshop) Design Of The Expansion Joint Specifying, Among Others, The Division Of The Expansion Joint Into Assembly Segments, The Method Of Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Steel Elements Of The Expansion Joint (Method Of Making Assembly And Structural Joints). The Technological Design Should Be Prepared Before Starting The Works Referred To In Points 2) - 17) Of This Section. 2) Demolition Of The Bituminous Surface Within The Expansion Joints, 3) Disassembly Of Protective Barriers On Overhangs Within The Expansion Joints, 4) Removal Of Stone Curbs, 5 ) Disassembly Of The Existing Block-Type Expansion Joint Device, 6) Opening Expansion Joints Leaving The Existing Reinforcing Bars, 7) Embedding A Single-Module Expansion Device, 8) Adding Reinforcement To Expansion Joints, 9) Concreting The Expansion Device, 10) Restoring Insulation Within The Replaced Expansion Joint, 11) Performing Drainage Along The Expansion Joint And Leading It To The Drainage Axis Of The Structure, 12) Laying The Bituminous Surface On The Roadway, 13) Restoring The Insulating And Surface Layer On The Sidewalk Overhangs, 14) Blasting And Abrasive Cleaning Of The Fittings Of The Steel Fascia Beams From The Bottom And Their Anti-Corrosion Protection, 15) Repair And Reprofiling The Bottom Of The Cornice Beams Within The Expansion Joint Being Replaced,16) Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Concrete Surfaces (The Bottom Of The Cornice Beams And The Side Surface Of The Extreme Girders),17) Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Restoring Permanent Traffic Organization After Their Completion. The Specified Works Should Be In Stages, Taking Into Account The Need To Maintain Traffic Continuity On The Slip Road (Possibility Of Entering And Exiting The Flyover). Replacement Of Expansion Joints Should Be Made Before Repairing The Damaged Beam Of The Load-Bearing Structure Of The Slipway. If Necessary, The Developed Design Of Temporary Traffic Organization Should Be Updated For The Duration Of The Works. It Will Be Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party. 4. Stage Ii - Repair Of Girder No. 1 Of The Superstructure Of Segment No. 21 (Slipway) Between The Axes Of Supports B05-B06. As Part Of Stage Ii, The Following Should Be Carried Out: 1) Technological Design Of The Girder Reinforcement Using Composite Tapes. 2) Preparation Of The Cantilever Surface By Chiseling Protruding, Leaky, Non-Adhering Lumps Of Concrete, 3) Preparation Of The Uncovered Concrete Surface Of The Girder For Repair, 4) Netting Or Additional Reinforcement Of Defects, The Depth Of Which Exceeds 4 Cm, 5) Supplementation Of Defects, Discontinuities Of The Cantilever Concrete In The Area Of The Cross-Beam ,6) Supplementing The Defects In The Concrete Structure By Using The Pcc/Spcc Mortar System And Giving Appropriate Geometry To The Repaired Girder Surfaces, 7) Maintenance Of The Repair In Order To Achieve Appropriate Strength Parameters, 8) Preparation Of The Girder Surface For Reinforcement With The Use Of Composite Carbon Tapes, 9) Assembly Composite Tapes Made Of Carbon Fibers In The Active System, 10) Anti-Corrosion Layer Of The Girder Using Paint Coatings, 11) Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Concrete With The Use Of Hydrophobization, 12) Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Restoration Of Permanent Traffic Organization After Their Completion. Before Starting The Works, A Technological Design Should Be Developed To Reinforce The Girder With The Use Of Composite Tapes And Obtain Its Approval By The Designer. The Works Specified In Sec. 4 Above, Should Be Carried Out In Stages, Taking Into Account The Sequence Of Works And The Necessary Technological Breaks. It Is Necessary To Stop The Traffic Over The Damaged Girder No. 1 Located Directly Under The Expansion Joint At The Junction Of The Main Roadway Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover Towards The Tri-City Ring Road (Segment 13) With The Entrance Slip Road From Ul. Unruga And The Downhill Road To Ul. Container (Segment 21) For The Duration Of The Works. The Purpose Of Switching Off The Movement Is To Eliminate Vibrations From Dynamic Loads And The Greatest Possible Load On The Girder. The Damaged Girder No. 1 Of The Load-Bearing Structure Of Segment No. 21 (Slipway) Between The Axes Of Supports B05-B06 Can Be Repaired After Replacing The Expansion Joint Device. If Necessary, The Developed And Approved Design Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works Should Be Updated. The Updated Design Will Also Be Subject To Agreement And Approval. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions For Its Implementation And The Contractors Obligations Are Contained In The Following Attachments To The Swz: 1) Design Documentation Covering: A) Design For The Renovation Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover - Repair Of Damaged Girders (Tom Iii), B) Design For The Renovation Of The Kwiatkowski Flyover - Replacement Of The Expansion Device (Tom Iv). Of The Agreement - Annex 8 To The Swz.
