Tax Advisory Services In Iraq Providing Tax Advisory Services For International Non-Governmental Organizations With Operations In Both Erbil And Baghdad. Ndi Seeks A Qualified Provider Who Can Offer Reliable Tax Advisory Services In Baghdad And Erbil That Include Routine Advisory Services On Existing Obligations Under Current Tax Laws And Regulations. Your Proposal Is Expected To Cover The Following Services (With Pricing Detail Of The Services): ● Monthly Calculation Of Payroll Taxes (Personal Income Tax And Social Insurance) In Baghdad (Two To Five Employees) With All Required Paperwork For Submission To Federal Iraqi Authorities; ● Quarterly Calculation For Personal Income Tax In Erbil (2 To 15 Employees) With All Required Paperwork For Submission To Krg Authorities; ● Process And Submit The Annual Tax Calculation Report To Reconcile Monthly/Quarterly Payment Declarations With Year-End Liabilities For Federal Iraq And Krg Authorities; ● Review Ndi’S Financial Statement And Records To Prepare Necessary Mandated Audit Reports For Iraqi Government And Krg Authorities That Are Subsequently Stamped, Certified And Accepted By The Regulatory Authorities; ● Assist Ndi In Getting The Final Payroll Tax Clearance Where Applicable For Federal Iraq And Krg Authorities; ● As Necessary And Authorized, Represent Ndi To Relevant Government Authorities; ● As Necessary And Authorized, Provide Ad Hoc Advisory Services On Other Tax And Audit Matters Related To Compliance With Iraqi Law. Ndi Will Evaluate Bids Based On The Vendor’S Ability To Meet The Description Of Services Needed, Total Cost Of Services For The Tax Year, Experience/Reputation For Providing Tax Advisory Services In Iraq, Customer Support History, And Favorable Contractual Terms. Preference Will Be Given To Firms That Provide Services For Both Erbil And Baghdad. The Selected Vendor(S) Would Enter Into A Contractual Relationship With Ndi For The Tax Year. However, All Services Requested By Ndi Would Be Completed On An “As Needed” Basis To Support Operations. No Revenue Is Guaranteed From This Contract And Ndi Reserves The Right To Use Other Vendors, If Necessary. Proposals Should Include The Following Information: ● Profile Of The Firm And/Or Employees Who Would Work With Ndi; ● Demonstration Of Experience In Handling The Range Of Tax Issues Described Above; ● Sufficient Pricing Detail To Permit A Reasonable Analysis Of The Bidder’S Proposal - Pricing Can Be Based On Per Hour, Per Payroll Cycle, Per Month, Or Other Pricing Model; ● List Of Clients With Contact Information For At Least Two International Organizations/Companies Who Could Speak To Ndi About The Firm’S Experiences; ● Additional Services Available; ● Other Relevant Information To The Review Process. Ndi Reserves The Right To Modify The Technical Requirements And Submission Deadline At Any Time By Giving Written Notice To All Bidders. All Proposals Must Address All Required Areas. All Proposals Shall Be In English. All Prices Shall Be Quoted In Us Dollars. All Proposals Shall Be Valid For A Period Of 60 Days From The Submission Deadline. Ndi Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids. Ndi Shall Not Be Liable For Any Costs Associated With The Preparation, Transmittal, Or Presentation Of Any Materials Submitted In Response To The Request For Bids.
