Purchase Of Airline Tickets In All Categories Of Economy Class, As Well As Business Class, For Regular Round-Trip Flights To Various World Destinations, As Well As One-Way Flights If Necessary. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Award The Order In Full, But In Case Of Need For Plane Tickets In Excess Of The Indicated Estimated Quantities, To Make Requests Until The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Performance Contract Is Signed Up To The Indicated Estimated Value Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Request Air Tickets For The Entire Value Of The Contract. The Quantities And Destinations Specified In The Appendix - Destinations To The Technical Specification Are Estimates And Do Not Bind The Employer In Any Way. The Quantity And Destinations Are Determined By The Employer Depending On The Specific Needs, With Prior Requests. The Funds Under This Order Are Provided By The Budget Of The Technical University - Gabrovo And Its Budget Manager, As Well As By Projects With External Financing, For Which The Contracting Authority Is A Beneficiary Or Partner At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure Or Will Become Such During The Term Of The Implementation Contract .
