The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Planting And Ensuring Direct Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Order. The Offer Should Be Constructed Based On Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Design. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Outlays Given Therein Should Be Verified With The Design. This Obligation Rests With The Contractors. It Is Recommended That The Contractor, Prior To Submitting The Tender, Visit The Site And Thoroughly Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of The Contract.
