1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Eight Spirometers For The University Hospital As Part Of The Telemedicine Project (Telepochp).2. The Investment Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Ministry Of Health Subsidy From The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 And The State Budget For The Implementation Of Project No. 2169 Entitled Co-Financing Of A Pilot Project For Testing Telemedicine Models Developed As Part Of A Predefined Project On Policy In The Field Of Telemedicine And E-Health - Chronic Diseases Copd Agreement No. 8/Nmf/2169/00/25/2023/4123. The Above-Mentioned Equipment Must Meet The Limit Parameters Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Limit Parameters Set Out In Annex 4 To The Tor Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.4. The Equipment Listed In Point 1 Will Be Delivered Together With The Accessories Necessary For Its Proper Functioning.5. The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Proceedings Shall Be Delivered To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Gdańsk, At Ul. Dębinki 7 At The Contractors Expense.6. The Contractor Shall Train The Employers Employees In The Basics Of Operating Medical Equipment Within The Time Limit Specified In The Draft Contract.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Guarantee That The Delivered Medical Equipment Is Brand New, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects, Approved For Use In Public Health Care Facilities.8. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Provide, Within The Time Of Delivery Of Medical Equipment, Copies Of Documents Certified As True Copies, Which Show That The Offered Range Has Been Approved For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.9. The Offered Medical Equipment Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2023.
