Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Summer Holidays With The Implementation Of A Socio-Therapeutic Program At The Seaside For 120 People - Children And Adolescents Aged 6-15, In Particular From Endangered Environments

Location Of Recreation: Seaside Towns Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship With Direct Access To The Sea. Quantity Of The Order: 120 People In One 10-Day Stay (9 Nights). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Camp Participants, While The Final Amount Of Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Number Of People Participating In The Summer Camp. The Value Of The Order Will Be The Product Of The Number Of People Actually Participating In The Holiday And The Gross Price Of Organizing A Camp For 1 Person Provided By The Contractor. Participants: Children And Youth Aged 6-15. Date Of Rest: June 24, 2023. Until 03/07/2023. Meals: Full Board - 4 Meals A Day. During Their Stay At The Summer Camp, Participants Must Have Constant Access To Drinks. The Ordering Party Requires That The Rooms For The Participants Are Located In One Building. Rooms Should Be 2, 3, 4 Or 5 Persons, Equipped With Single Beds (The Use Of The So-Called Extra Beds Is Not Allowed, As Is The Accommodation Of Children In Tents And Multi-Person Camping Houses). The Rooms Must Be Equipped With Wardrobes, Cabinets, Shelves, Hangers And Other Equipment Enabling The Participant To Unpack The Luggage. Rooms Should Be En-Suite And Hot Water Should Be Available 24 Hours A Day. In Justified Cases, Accommodation Of Camp Participants Must Take Into Account The Parents Indications With Whom The Child Should Stay In The Room. The Summer Camp Facility Should Have A Playing Field And A Recreational Area Available For Participants. There Should Be A Common Room And A Canteen On The Premises. The Facility Should Be Fenced. The Ordering Party Requires That All Attractions In The Resort, Such As A Sports Field, Swimming Pool, Common Rooms, Etc., Are Available Free Of Charge To The Participants. Implementation Of The Program: It Is Required That During The Stay The Following Programs Be Implemented: A) Recreational, Including, Among Others: Sunbathing And Swimming In The Sea, Hiking, At Least 2 All-Day Bus Trips, Bonfire And Discos, Sports Activities, Competitions, Etc. B) Prophylactic The Nature Of Universal Prevention Activities Aimed At Eliminating Addictions Such As The Use Of Psychoactive Substances (Alcohol, Drugs, Medicines), Aggressive Behavior, As Well As Addiction To The Computer, Telephone, Internet.
