4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The P4 Level Inspection Repair Of A Narrow-Gauge Diesel Locomotive Type Wls 180 No. 7220 Based On The Maintenance System Documentation Approved By The President Of The Office Of Rail Transport. Description Of The Subject Of Valuation: 1. Performing Inspection Activities Described In The Maintenance System Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Repair Damaged And Dented Headstocks Under Buffers, Eliminate Play And Repair Drawbar Guides On Both Sides Of The Locomotive; B) Inspect The Handbrake - Verify And Remove Any Play; C) Make A Diagnosis Of The Causes Of Breaking The Propeller Shaft Bolts. After Diagnosing The Causes, Perform The Appropriate Repair And Remove The Cause Of The Propeller Shaft Bolt Breakage. Install New Sets Of Bolts;D) Purchase And Replace Wheelset Rims With New Ones (Along With The Performance Of Flaw Detection Tests Confirmed By An Appropriate Protocol); E) Replace With New Truss Sleeves; F) Diagnose The Causes Of Jerking, Mainly When Driving At Idle. After Diagnosis, Repair And Remove The Cause; G) Replace Spring Grease Nipples On All Ties; H) Repair The Engine In Accordance With Dsu At P4 Level (Including Replacing Head Gaskets, Regenerating Injectors). Parts For Replacing The Cylinder Head Gasket Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party; I) Replace The Brake Pads;J) Remove The Cause Of Grinding And Crackling During Changes Of Direction - Repair/Modernization Of The Forward-Reverse Switch; K) Replace The Button In The Cabin Used To Start The Locomotive; L) Modernize/Improve The Mounting Of The Control Panel In The Cab; M) Install An Additional Folding Chair On The Drivers Side; N) Make The Wiring And Connection To The Rear Upper Headlight, Activate The Rear Upper Headlight; P) Replace Thermostats And Thermostat Housings In The Cooling Circuit; Q) Wash And Descale The Radiator And Replace The Coolant; R) Modernize The Wipers (Extend The Wiper Arms) So As To Improve Their Operation And Ensure The Removal Of Water From The Middle And Bottom Of The Windows; 2. After Completing The Repair Of The Wheelsets, Flaw Detection Tests Should Be Performed Using One Of The Methods Indicated In Dsu And A Test Report Should Be Prepared And Delivered To The Employer (The Report Should Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation).3. Deliver The Rim Acceptance Certificate To The Employer Together With The Declaration Of Conformity Of The New Rims (To Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation). 4. Prepare Documentation Of The P4 Repair Along With The Required Measurement Cards In Accordance With Dsu (Protocol + Measurement Cards) - Should Be Attached To The As-Built Documentation. 5. After The Repair, Make A Test Drive. The Test Drive Should Be Performed After The Locomotive Has Been Transported To The Kkw Premises. The Test Drive Must Be Performed With The Participation Of Representatives Of The Employer And The Kkw Operator. A Report Should Be Drawn Up From The Test Drive According To The Template From Dsu.6. The Service Includes The Costs And Organization Of Loading And Transport Of The Locomotive From The Krośnicka Narrow-Gauge Railway To The Repair Facility And From The Repair Facility To Kkw. The Revision At The P4 Level Should Be Carried Out Based On The Documentation Of The Maintenance System For The Wls 180 Narrow-Gauge Diesel Locomotive Approved By The Office Of Rail Transport. The Deadline Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Guarantee Period For The Quality Of The Work Performed Is At Least 18 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Report.
