Paragraph 1 Article 13 Act No. 125/1999 On Matters Of The Elderly.The Person Providing The Service Must Be Able And Ready To Take Care Of The Elderly From The Persons Home Until They Arrive At Day Care. The Person Who Performs The Service, Both Permanent Employees And Replacement Employees, Must Receive Education And Training At The Beginning Of The Job And Then As Needed To Perform The Job.
