This Project Is Required To Be Completed By December 2024. A Deficit In Covered Storage Space Has Been Identified At TranspowerS Addington Storage Site For Valuable Primary And Secondary Equipment. This Results In Inventory Being Either Overloaded Within Existing Sheds Or Stored Outside Not In Line With Inventory Storage Policies. This New Warehouse Is To Be Established At An Existing Transpower Site, Where Upon Sufficient Area Is Available For The Construction Of The Warehouse And The Surrounding 5000M-Squared Yard. The Warehouse Itself Is To Be An Open Plan Design, With A Suitable 7.5T Gantry Crane Spanning The Length Of The Building To Maximise Efficiencies During Operations.
