Acre Currently Has Approx. 325,000 Square Meters Of Premises In Otaniemi, Töölö, Kirkkonummi And Mikkeli. Brief Description Of The Acquisition: Acre Is Planning To Acquire A Premises Management And Real Estate Information System. The System Produces And Maintains Aalto-Yliopistokinteistöt Oys Information Related To The Premises And The Users Of The Premises. The System Is An Essential Tool For Information Management And It Functions As A Spatial Information Master Data System. The System Is Used To Manage Key Spatial Information, Such As Basic Building Data, Square Footage, Floor Plans, Apartments, Users Of The Premises, Usage Statuses And Purposes, Certain Information Related To Property Maintenance And Internal Rental Prices. It Should Be Used To Report The Status Data Maintained There. The System Must Be Saas-Based. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Information About Different Suppliers And To Hear The Suppliers Views On The Procurement Target And Use Them In The Preparation Of The Procurement.
