Constituted A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Purpose Of Awarding A Public Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Design Documentation) In Its Content May Not Indicate, Through The Name, Description, Trademark, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Etc. To The Use Of Specific Products, Materials, Machines, Devices Etc.6) All The Requirements Set Out In The Documents Indicated Above Are The Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
