The Construction Work Consists In The Renovation (Modernization) Of The Building Of The Restaurant By The Pool In Park Grabek At Ul. Legions In Czeladź. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Renovation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Buildings Rooms, Consisting In Partial Disassembly Of Partition Walls And Installation Of New Ones, Replacement Of Equipment And Interior Design Elements, Including Wall Linings, Floors And Ceilings, And Furniture, As Well As Modernization Of Internal Installations In The Field Of Piping And Wiring, 2) Assembly Of The Internal Gas Installation For The Needs Of Preparing Meals, Hot Water And Space Heating, 3) Preparing The Site For A Fragment Of A New Hardened Surface And Laying Concrete Cubes On The Foundation With The Setting Of Prefabricated Retaining Elements As Part Of The Extension Of The Existing Terrace From The South - Western, 4) Agrotechnical Works And Landform Consisting In Leveling And Raking The Area Around The Terrace, In Particular The Land That Was Damaged During The Execution Of New Paving Stones.3.
