Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road Located On The Plot Marked With Registration Number 85 In The Town Of Polanowice. In The Existing State, The Road Is A Single Carriageway With Various Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes. The Roadway Has Numerous Irregularities And Ruts, Which Cause The Formation Of Rainwater Ponds. Runoff Of Rainwater Takes Place On Adjacent Areas. The Beginning Of The Internal Road Is The Inclusion Of The Route Stodoły - Kraszyce - Polanowice Into The District Road No. 2450C. Currently, The Road Has A Ground Surface, Locally Hardened With Aggregate. The Traffic Intensity Is Low Due To The Function Performed. The Development Of The Area In The Vicinity Consists Mainly Of Multi-Family Housing, Garages And Outbuildings. Reconstruction Of The Road In The Village Of Polanowice Will Improve Traffic Conditions In The Adjacent Area And Increase Pedestrian Safety. Roadway Surface: Concrete Cubes The Project Assumes The Construction Of A Road With A Surface Of Concrete Cubes, 4.0 M Wide. In Order To Ensure More Favorable Conditions For The Drainage Of Rainwater, A One-Sided Transverse Inclination Of The Roadway Was Used. Reconstruction Of The Existing And Construction Of New Exits To The Neighboring Properties With A Surface Of Concrete Cubes Was Designed. At The Junction Of The Roadway And The Exit, A Concrete Curb With Dimensions Of 15X22 Cm Has Been Designed, While On The Other Sides The Exit Will Be Limited With Concrete Resistors With Dimensions Of 12X25 Cm. For Plots That Are Fenced, The Width Of The Exit Roadway Should Be Adapted To The Width Of The Existing Gate, While Maintaining Compliance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport And Maritime Economy Of March 2, 1999 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Public Roads And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 124, As Amended). The Surface Of The Surface Of The Exits Should Be Fully Hardened Up To The Border Of The Right-Of-Way Or To The Entrance Gate. At The Ends Of The Area Covered By The Study, The Pavements Made Should Be Tied To The Existing Geometrical System And A Smooth Transition In Height Between The Pavements Being Made And The Existing Ones Should Be Ensured. In Accordance With The Criteria Of The Mtbigm Regulation Of April 25, 2012, The Ground Conditions In The Study Area Are Defined As Complex, Which Results From The Presence Of Uncontrolled Embankments And Organic Soils. - The Load-Bearing, Non-Swelling And Permeable Subsoil Consists Of Coarse-Grained, Fluvioglacial Mineral Soils In A Medium Compacted State: Fine Sands Of Layer I, Included In The Subsoil Load-Bearing Group G2. - The Load-Bearing, Heaping And Poorly Permeable Subsoil Consists Of Fine-Grained, Glacial Mineral Soils Of Plastic And Hard-Plastic Consistency: Loams With A Large Amount Of Sand (Sandy Loams And Clay Sands) Of Layer Ii, Included In The Subsoil Load-Bearing Group G4. - Weak-Bearing, Heaping Subsoil With Limited Permeability Is Made Up Of Native Organic Soils Of The O Layer, Included In The Load-Bearing Group Of The Subgrade G4, And Uncontrolled Embankments Included In The Load-Bearing Groups Of The Subgrade G2 And G4. - It Is Recommended To Partially Replace The Embankment Soils And Organic Layers O With A Construction Embankment And Strengthen The Surface With Additional Structural Layers. Most Of The Area Is Dominated By Poorly Permeable And Heaped Soils, Which Are Sensitive To Waterlogging And Freezing. Up To The Depth Of The Tests, There Were No Large Amounts Of Permeable Soils That Could Take Over Rainwater And Snowmelt From The Surface Of The Planned Roads. The Project Involves The Construction Of Road Lighting In The Town Of Polanowice On Anodized Aluminum Lighting Poles In A Cylindrical-Conical Style, 6 M High. The Assembly Of 3 Lighting Poles Was Designed (No.: 1/1; 1/2; And 1/3 With Luminaires Equipped With Led Light Sources - 3 Pcs. Suspension Height Of The Luminaire 6 M Directly On The Lighting Pole. Anodized Natural Color Confirmed With The Investor Based On The Manufacturers Anodizing Color Charts. The Diameter Of The Pole At The Base Is At Least 178 Mm. The Base Of The Pole Is 400 Mm X 400 Mm And The Bolt Spacing Is 300 Mm X 300 Mm, Which Ensures The Stability Of The Entire Structure. The Pole Is Protected By Anodizing Technology With A Minimum Thickness Of The Anodic Coating In The Range Of 20 To 25 Microns. The Pole Should Have A Declaration Of Performance Signed With The Ce Mark Issued By The Manufacturer. The Minimum Manufacturers Warranty Period For The Pole Is 5 Years For The Steel Structure. Road Lighting Will Be Controlled From The Existing Lighting Cabinet Through A Digital Astronomical Programmer. Scheme Of The Lighting Cabinet Shown In Figure No. E-2 The Scope Of This Task Includes The Execution Of: - Assembly Of 3 Lighting Poles With A Height Of 6M; - Assembly Of 3 Led Luminaires Made Of Cast Aluminum, Ip66, Total Power Of The Luminaire Min. 30 W, Luminaire Luminous Flux Min. 120Lm/W, Light Color Temperature 4000K. The Aim Of The Study Is To Improve Traffic Conditions In The Adjacent Area And Increase Pedestrian Safety. Drainage Of The Designed Road System Was Achieved By Shaping The Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Of The Road Surface In The Direction Of The Designed Rainwater Inlets. The Rainwater Inlets Will Be Connected To The Planned Section Of The Rainwater Drainage System, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Existing Stormwater Drainage System Located On The Poviat Road.2.
