Objectives Of The Public Procurement: 1. Development Of A Methodology Through Which To Provide Methodological Support And Develop Uniform Guidelines For The Functioning And Development Of The Otr, As Well As To Lay Down Rules For The Interaction Of The Otr, Both Among Themselves And With External Structures, For The Purposes Of Development Of National And Local Tourism Products. The Methodology Should Contain An Operational Manual, Which Should Provide Detailed Guidelines, Requirements And Procedures For The Organizational Structuring And Implementation Of The Activities Of The Outr, Provided For By The Tourism Act (Ta). 2. Conducting An Analysis Of Training Needs For The Members And Employees Of The Outr, As Well As For Representatives Of Smes From The Respective Outr. After Carrying Out The Analysis Of Training Needs, The Contractor Should Prepare A Capacity Development Program And Conduct Trainings For The Operational Staff, Management Bodies, Representatives/Employees Of The Otr Members.
