This Unesco Internet Indicators Framework Aims 1) To Take Scientific Stock Of The Internet Situation In A Given Country, And Then (2) To Use The Findings To Recommend Specific Changes To Address Challenges And Harness Opportunities. The Iuis Framework Is Based On UnescoS Concept Of Internet Universality, Which Highlights Four Principles That Are Essential For The Internet To Help Achieve The Sustainable Development Agenda.
