Production, Purification And Characterization Of A Protein And Its Variants. The Project Will Focus On The Production, Purification And Characterization Of A Wild-Type Protein And Its Variants, Mutated At The Level Of The Protein Sequence. This Will Initially Involve The Production And Purification Of These Variants, Followed By A Study Of Thermal Stability And Forced Degradation. This Study Will Aim To Assess How The Variants Change Under Given Conditions (Temperature, Air Humidity, Light, Ph, Agitation, Oxidizing Agents) Over A Given Period. The Results Will Determine, Among Other Things, The Recommended Shelf Life And Storage Conditions. Finally, A Functional Study Will Make It Possible To Compare The Binding To Ligands And The Efficiency Of The Different Variants With Respect To The Wild-Type Protein.
