Vibration Test System/Vibration Test System. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Vibration Testing System. This Technology Will Include A High-Quality Vibration Exciter With The Ability To Generate Various Types Of Vibration Signals And Produce Very Low Noise During Its Operation, Enabling Acoustic Characterization Of The Tested Sample As Part Of Vibration Testing. Extremely Low Typical Operating Noise Of The Exciter Will Be Achieved Thanks To Permanent Magnet Technology, Guiding Of Moving Parts Using Air Bearings And Water Cooling With An External Heat Exchanger. The Wide Frequency Range Of The Exciter (Dc Up To 1000 Hz), High Permissible Maximum Load (Min. 15 Kg) And High Excitation Force (Min. In The Range Of Up To 4000 N) Will Provide A Wide Range Of Vibration Testing Options, Including Both Classical Vibration Tests Of Devices, The Search For Mechanical Resonances Of Tested Structures Using Vibration And Acoustic Measurements, Analysis Of Squeaks And Rattles Of Mechanical And Electromechanical Assemblies, And Advanced Modal Analysis And Analysis Of The Self-Oscillations Of The Tested Object. The Required Maximum Dynamic Deflection Of The System Will Be Min. 50 Mm, Which Is Sufficient For Most Tests Including Shock Tests Or Replicating Time Records Measured In A Real Environment. The Vibration Test System Will Include A Vibration Exciter, A Base Of The Exciter Allowing It To Be Rotated By 90° (From Vertical To Horizontal), A Power Amplifier With Adequate Power To Operate The Vibration Exciter In Its Entire Working Range, An External Heat Exchanger And Two Dimensions Of Tables For Holding The Tested Samples . The Test System Will Be Supplemented With A Basic Control System Including A Software Application Enabling System Activation And Deactivation, Gain Settings, System Shutdown And Cooling Control From A Computer. Closed-Loop Vibration Control Technology Will Not Be Part Of The System. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By Technical, Commercial And Other Contractual Terms And Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Delivery Of The Vibration Testing System. The Test System Will Be Complemented With A Basic Control System Including A Software Application Enabling System Activation And Deactivation, Gain Setting, System Shutdown And Cooling Control From A Computer. The System Will Not Include Closed-Loop Vibration Control Technology. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By Technical, Business And Other Contractual Terms And Conditions Included In The Procurement Documents.
