The Expected Scope Of Construction Works Subject To Valuation In The Submitted Offer Includes: I. Demolition And Preparatory Works: Demolition Of The Cobblestone Surface Together With The Base Layers Of The Pavement, Accesses And Bands, Demolition Of Concrete Wall Elements And Stairs To The Basement. Ii. Renovation - Construction - External Works: In Order To Remove Excessive Moisture From The Basement Walls, Remove The Causes Of Moisture And Protect The Walls Against Moisture Appearing In The Ground. For This Purpose, The Following Renovation And Construction Works Should Be Performed: Excavate - In Fragments - The Walls Of The Ground Floor Below The Ground Level. Excavate The Walls Of The Outer Cellars With Appropriate Excavation And Securing The Slopes To The Level Below The Floor - Estimated Average Depth Of About 150 - 180 Cm (On The Wall On The South Side, Depth 80-90 Cm, Partially New Foundations). Thoroughly Clean The Wall Surfaces Of The Soil And Loose Parts Of The Wall By Hand, Then Fill In The Gaps In The Joints In The Foundation Walls Of The Cellars. In Order To Protect Against Rising Damp In The Wall Itself, A Horizontal Diaphragm Of External Walls Should Be Made From The Bottom Using The Penetration (Crystalline) Injection Method. Perform The Injection From The Outside And Inside Of The Rooms. The Base For Polymer-Modified Insulation Should Be Leveled With A Cement Repair Mortar. Make External Vertical Anti-Moisture Insulation. It Is Proposed To Perform The Vertical Insulation Using A Method Developed With The Use Of System Coating Insulation Materials Developed By Proven Companies Available On The Market, While Maintaining The Technological Regime Specified In The Technological Instructions. The Vertical Insulation Of The Walls Should Be Made Of Materials Based On Water Solvents - The Estimated Height Of The Insulation Is About 150-180 Cm, (On The Wall On The Southern Side, The Depth Is 80-90 Cm). Coating Insulation Made Of Cold Bitumen Emulsion Should Be Laid In A Minimum Of Two Layers With Thicknesses In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines. After Completing The Anti-Moisture Insulation, Lay Thermal Insulation Made Of Extruded Polystyrene Xps Gr. Min. 10 Cm. Then Lay The Dimpled Pvc Foil As A Layer Protecting The Insulation. Make New Settling Pipes To Drain Water From The Roof Drainpipes. Adjust The Location Of The Settling Tanks To The Planned New Rainwater Drainage System. Make A Band Drainage And Connect It To The Existing Settling Well. Backfill The Excavations With Gravel And Compact The Excavations In Layers Of About 30 Cm. Iii. Renovation, Construction And Internal Works: In Order To Remove Moisture From The Walls Of The Ground Floor, It Was Designed To: Remove The Damp Plaster At A Height Of 80 Cm From The Moisture Level (About 1.5 M From The Floor Level), Remove The Wall Coverings Made Of Glazed Tiles In The Sanitary Rooms And Make A New System Insulation (Liquid Foil) Of Walls In Sanitary Rooms, Chipping Off Floors Made Of Gres Tiles And Concrete Screed In Sanitary Rooms, Removal Of Old Anti-Moisture Insulation Of Floors In Sanitary Rooms And Execution Of New Horizontal Anti-Moisture Insulation And Concrete Screed In Sanitary Rooms. In Internal Load-Bearing And Partition Walls With High Humidity, A New Horizontal Anti-Moisture Insulation Should Be Made Using The Gravitational Injection Method. It Is Planned To Make New Renovation Plasters, Make A New System Insulation (Liquid Foil) On The Concrete Screed In The Sanitary Rooms, Make New Wall Coverings Made Of Glazed Ceramic Tiles In The Sanitary Rooms, Make Floor Coverings In The Sanitary Rooms Made Of Non-Slip Stoneware Tiles, Paint The Walls With Emulsion Paint And Ceilings In Rooms.Iv. External Reconstruction Works: Reconstruction Of Concrete Steps Made Of B15 Concrete At The Entrance To The Basement, Re-Lay The Previously Demolished Pavement And Surface - Foundation Made Of Gravel Sand 20 Cm, Cement-Sand Bedding, Thickness. 5 Cm, Recreate The Surface From The West Side (Pitch) - Make A Foundation 15 Cm Thick From Broken Aggregate, Make A Band Around The Building (North And East Sides) - Width 60 Cm + Edging 6 X 20 Cm On A Concrete Footing, Foundation Made Of Gravel Sand 15 Cm , Cement-Sand Bedding, Th. 5 Cm. Attention!! This Scope May Change As To The Quantity And Will Result From The Actual Measurements Of The Performed Works. In Addition, The Costs Should Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of A Given Construction Work (E.G. Preparatory Works, Cleaning), And In Particular: Costs Related To Marking The Area Of The Works, All Auxiliary Works On The Construction Site And At Workstations. Other Costs Necessary To Be Incurred For The Proper And Timely Performance Of The Contract Should Be Provided For, Including, But Not Limited To: Costs Of Storage And Management Of Materials From The Works Carried Out, Costs Of Restoring The Site To Its Previous Condition, Costs Of Carrying Out All Measurements And Tests, Costs Of Organizing, Developing And Dismantling The Back-Up Facilities Construction, Costs Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, Costs Of Electricity And Water, Settlement Of Fees And Costs Of Construction Supervision, Costs Of Acceptance Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order.
