1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Reconstruction Of The First Floor Of The Public Primary School In Wola Rzeczycka Commune Of Radomyśl Nad Sanem.1.1. The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction Of The First Floor In The Primary School Building In Wola Rzeczycka, Intended For Classrooms, Administrative Rooms And Sanitary Facilities, Including:  Development Of The Construction Site,  Demolition Works, Demolition Of Partition Walls,  Renovation Works - Walling And Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building  Renovation Works - Execution Of New Internal Walls And Floors,  Execution Of Investment Construction Works According To The Detailed Design,  Assembly Of Internal Door Woodwork,  Execution And Renovation Of Sanitary, Central Heating And Electrical Installations,  Execution And Renovation Of Plaster And Interior Linings,  Execution Of Works Finishing Works, Including Interior Painting,  Tidying Up The Area,  Putting The Investment Into Use.1.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building Where Classes Are Held And A Kindergarten Operates. During The Works, The Building Will Be Used For The Entire Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties, Carry Out Works In A Way That Allows Users To Perform The Tasks Throughout The Period Of Works And Tidy Up The Property Area. 2. Order Completion Date: Up To 70 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Also Necessary To: - Prepare And Secure The Construction Site, Liquidate The Construction Site After Completing The Subject Of The Order, - Organize Construction Site Facilities, Perform All Cleaning Works, Including Removal Keeping Redundant Materials And Waste, Segregating, Storing And Neutralizing Waste, - Performing All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Including Works Resulting From The Technical Specification And Design Documentation, - Performing Any Other Works , Activities, Obligations And Requirements Resulting From The Swz, Technical Specifications, Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Those Not Included In The Above-Mentioned Documentation, And Resulting From The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, - Supplying The Construction Site With Electricity, Water, Heat And Other Necessary Utilities For The Performance Of The Order, Including The Costs Of Their Collection For Construction Purposes, Including The Costs Of Discharging Solid And Liquid Waste, - Obtaining Permission To Operate The Installed Equipment (Including Udt Acceptance, If Required), - Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Decisions And Documents For The Employer To Use The Facility, - Carrying Out Tests, Inspections And Research, Obtaining Conditions, Consents And Opinions Necessary To Perform The Works, - Performing Other Works And Activities That Were Foreseeable At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, Resulting From The Construction Law, Polish Standards, Rules Knowledge And Art Of Construction, - Keeping A Construction Log And Taking Measurements Of Completed Works, - Preparing The Final Settlement Of Works, - Performing Geodetic And Geotechnical Works, - Making An As-Built Surveying Inventory Of The Facility - 2 Copies, - Drawing Up And Submitting As-Built Acceptance Documentation - 2 Copies
