Under The Contract In Question, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Right Of Option On The Terms Described In This Specification, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Tor And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Tor The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Teletechnical, Finishing Works, Land Development Works. Characteristic Parameters: Existing Condition: - Building Area - 440 M2 - Total Area - 1150 M2 - Building Height - 8.23 M - Number Of Storeys – 2 Overground, Unusable Attic, 1 Underground Description Of Works. Basic Scope A. The External Part Of The Building In Particular: 1. Demolition Of Roofing Felt, Demolition Of Flashings Of Fire Walls, Chimney, Cornices, Disassembly Of Gutters And Downpipes.2. Forging A New Hole For The Smoke Damper. 3. Replacement Of Door And Window Woodwork4. Execution Of Thermo-Modernization Of External Walls - Using The Light-Wet Method Of Polystyrene Or Mineral Wool Boards, New Wall Lining With Thin-Layer Plaster, Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles, Making A New Door Opening And Inserting A Door In The Bathroom From The Garden Side. 5.
