The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation On Boats Of Flir M400 Optoelectronic Heads, Or An Equivalent Product With The Same Or Better Technical, Quality, Functional Or Utility Parameters. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Included In The Specification Of The Contract Conditions, Which Will Be Provided To Contractors Invited To Submit Tenders Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And In Accordance With Art. 18 Sec. 4 Of The Act Shall Submit A Statement On Maintaining The Confidential Nature Of The Information Provided By The Contracting Authority In The Course Of The Contract Award Procedure. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Sent Via The Postal Operator Or By E-Mail To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Delivery Is Brand New, With No Traces Of Any Previous Use, With A Guarantee. Brand New Equipment Is Considered By The Ordering Party To Be A Product With No Signs Of Use, Signs Of External Damage, Signs Of Modification Or Replacement Of Any Elements. 4. The Contractor Should Have Implemented A Quality Management System Compliant With Iso 9001:2015 Or Nato Standardization Publications Aqap 2131 Edition C Version 1. The Requirements For The Quality Management System And The Scope Of Supervision Of The Quality Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Specified In The Quality Clause Agreed With The Military Center For Standardization , Quality And Codification. The Quality Clause Will Be Provided To Contractors Invited To Submit Tenders Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And In Accordance With Art. 18 Sec. 4 Of The Act Shall Submit A Statement On Maintaining The Confidential Nature Of The Information Provided By The Contracting Authority In The Course Of The Contract Award Procedure. 5. The Contractor Shall Ensure That Persons Performing The Subject Of The Contract Will Have Authorizations To Access Classified Information With The Restricted Clause And A Valid Certificate Of Training In The Protection Of Classified Information.
