Service Agreement Of Lifts. In Its Tender, The Seller Must Offer A Fixed Price For A Service Agreement With A Limit Amount Per Lift. All Lifts That Can Be Found In The Attached List Of Lifts Must Be Included, Lifts May Be Added Or Removed During The Contract Period. The Seller Must Carry Out Preventive Maintenance To The Extent Required To Maintain Such Good Quality As Is Required To Achieve The Functional Requirements. The Preventive Maintenance Must Also Be Adapted To The Elevators Area Of Use. Service Must Be Done (One) 1 G Per Year/Per Lift Unless Otherwise Agreed With The Buyer. If More Visits Than (One) 1 G Per Year Are Needed, Contact Must Be Made With The Buyer. Limit Amounts Mean That All Measures Up To Sek 7,000 Per Occasion And Lift Must Be Included In The Service Agreement Per Lift That Is Offered. All Measures Refer To Service, Repairs, Troubleshooting And Replacement Of Parts As Well As Possible Reprogramming Of The Emergency Telephone. The Exception Is Damage That Occurred As A Result Of Vandalism.
