Track Machines Must Be Suitable For Making And Maintaining The Track Network Of The Sports Service Complex. The Offered Machines Must In All Respects Comply With The Regulations Regarding Structure, Equipment And Safety In Force In Finland. The More Precise Model And Minimum Requirements Of The Pallet Machines Are Described In Appendix 1, Procurement Object Description. As An Attachment To The Offer, Fill Out The Annex 2 Technical Requirements Appendix Of The Request For Tender. The Offer Price Is Fixed And Must Be Stated Without Value Added Tax (Vat 0%). The Declared Price Must Be The Total Price Of The Machine In Such A Way That It Includes The Machine In Working Order With The Specified Characteristics, The Necessary Documents And The Costs Incurred For Delivery And Registration. The Tender Price Must Include All Costs Arising From The Conditions/Requirements Of This Request For Tender And Its Appendices.
