The Place Of Provision Of The Services Is The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Beyond, By Providing The Roaming Service. On The Basis Of Article 8, Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, An Agreement Was Concluded For The Joint Award Of The Public Contract, According To Which The Representative Bdz-Passenger Transport Eood Is The Contracting Authority For Conducting And Awarding The Current Contract.
