The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities And The Gymnasium In The Secondary School Complex In Zawiercie Is The Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities - Mens Toilet Bathroom On The First And Second Floor, Womens Toilet Bathroom On The First Floor, Repair Of The Roof And Ceiling In The Corridor And Renovation Of The Gymnasium.2 The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Include In Particular: 1) Repair Of Sanitary Facilities: A) Demolition Works B) Installation Works C) Replacement Of Radiators D) Finishing Works) Equipment 2) Repair Of The Roof: A) Replacement Of Roof Coverings And Flashings With Boarding And Lathing, B) Metal Sheeting Smooth Galvanized. 3) Repair Of The Ceiling In The Corridor: A) Reflection Of Internal Plasters, B) Priming The Walls And Ceiling, C) Internal Plasters On The Walls, D) Fumigating The Surface Of Brick Walls With Steel Brushes And The Method Of Double Lubrication, E) Painting Twice With Emulsion Paint Ceiling. 4) Renovation Of The Gymnasium: A) Repair Of Plasters B) Repair Of Parquet Flooring C) Replacement Of Doors. 3. The Scope, Type And Method Of Construction Works Are Specified In The Sstwiorb (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz) And Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 8 To Swz). The Warranty Period Begins On The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. 5. Insurance - During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract (From The Date Of Signing The Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance) The Contractor Must Have A Valid Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For Material Damage Caused (Property Of Third Parties And Entrusted Property) Arising In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And For The Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Gross Value Of The Future Contract, Or For Foreign Currencies In An Equivalent Amount, Converted At The Average Exchange Rate Of Pln To Foreign Currencies Announced By The National Bank Of Poland On The Last Working Day Preceding The Day Of Concluding The Contract. The Contractor Shall Maintain The Validity Of The Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Mark, Equip And Secure The Construction Site, Taking Into Account The Circumstances That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Educational Institution. 7. All Activities Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed With The Use Of Construction Materials And Products Purchased And Delivered By The Contractor And With The Use Of Tools And Equipment At His Disposal.
