Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Hotel And Catering Services During The Convention Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled Cooperation Pays Off - Coordination Of The Social Economy Sector In The Silesian Voivodship
The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Provided By Establishments Offering Board And Accommodation For The Two-Day Convention Of Reintegration Social Economy Entities, Which Will Be Held From 15 To 16 June 2023. A Maximum Of 50 Convention Participants Are Expected. The Service Includes: 1 Nights Accommodation And Meals, Which Consists Of: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 1 Official Integration Dinner And 3 Coffee Breaks, As Well As Providing Training Facilities And Equipment During The Convention - 1 Conference Room Freely Accommodating At Least 50 People Available In The First And Second On The Day Of The Convention And 2 Workshop Rooms Freely Accommodating At Least 30 People Each, Available On The Second Day Of The Convention.
