The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Veterinary Care For Homeless Animals And Free-Roaming Cats In The Ursyn w District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. General Assumptions Of The Contract Properly Prepared. For This Purpose, Experience And Skills In Dealing With Free-Living And Homeless Animals Are Necessary, In Particular Predicting The Reactions Of Stressed Or Aggressive Animals. Free-Living (Wild) Animals, In Accordance With Art. 4 Points 21 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On The Protection Of Animals (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 572), Are Non-Domesticated Animals Living In Conditions Independent Of Humans. For Art. 21 Above Of The Act, Free-Living Animals Are A National Good And Should Be Provided With Conditions For Development And Free Existence. Social Guardians Of Free-Living Cats (Hereinafter Referred To As Guardians) Are Persons Included In The Register Of Social Guardians Of Free-Living Cats, Kept By The Department Of Environmental Protection For The District Of Ursyn w M. St. Of Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As Wo ), Which Voluntarily And Free Of Charge Takes Care Of Free-Roaming Cats By Feeding Them And Taking Care Of Their Well-Being. Keepers Have The Right To Full Information About The Animals Health And About The Treatments Performed By The Animal Health Center (Hereinafter: Zlz). Scope Of The Order The Order Covers The Performance Of Veterinary Services Listed In The Price Form (Appendix 2 To The Agreement). The Expected Quantities Of Individual Treatments In 2023 Provided In The Attachment Are Indicative And May Change (Increase Or Decrease) During The Execution Of The Contract - According To Actual Needs During The Term Of The Contract, While The Total Maximum Value Of All Veterinary Services Actually Performed Will Not Exceed The Total Price Of The Selected Contractor, With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Specification And: Appendix No. 3 To The Tor; C) Price Form - Appendix No. 1 To The Tor, Constituting At The Same Time Appendix No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement;
