The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Financed From The Kozienice Poviats Own Resources And A Special Purpose Subsidy From The State Treasury. 3. The Final Guarantee Period Will Depend On The Offer Of The Selected Contractor. The Employer Allows For The Possibility Of Changing (Extending) The Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Content Of The Selected Offer, Which Will Be An Element Of The Substantive Evaluation At The Stage Of Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer - Vide The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Maximum Number Of Points (40 Points) Will Be Awarded To The Offer In Which The Contractor Will Maximally Extend The Guarantee Period By 36 Months.
