Pontoon Mooring. The Object Of The Procedure Is The Purchase Of A Mooring Pontoon, With Navigation Area 3 – Inland Waters, Pontoon Of Modern Design, High Quality, Durable Execution And Equipment According To Omt Requirements No. 1472/2018 Regarding The Approval Of The Technical Requirements For Inland Navigation Vessels, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications - Section Ii Of The Award Documentation. The Deadline Until Which Requests For Clarifications To The Award Documentation Are Received From Potential Bidders Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids. The Deadline For The Contracting Authoritys Response To Requests For Clarifications To The Award Documentation Is 12 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. In Accordance With Art. 29 Para. 3 Of The Annex To Gd No. 394/2016, The Contracting Entity Will Only Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed By Economic Operators Until The Previously Mentioned Term.
