The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Indoor Swimming Pool And Comprehensive Modernization Of Rooms. The Scope Of The Task Has Been Divided Into: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Above-Mentioned Task. B) Execution Of Construction Works For The Above-Mentioned Task. The Answers Provided At The Stage Of The Procedure Are An Integral Part Of The Swz. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Necessary To: Design And Perform, In Particular, The Following Works: In The Field Of Development Of The Investment Site: The Scope Of Land Development Changes Includes: - Replacement Of The Existing Panel Fence With A Mesh Fence On Steel Posts, And Replacement Of Entrance Gates - Eastern And Northern Sides; - Expansion Of The Existing Indoor Swimming Pool Building With A Two-Story Entrance Zone; - Correction Of The Fire Road Layout - Related To The Conflict With The Planned Extension. The Project Should Correct The Internal Communication System In The Area Covered By The Study. The Fire Road Should Be Adapted To The New Arrangement Of Cubature Objects On The Plot. In The Event Of The Liquidation Of The Existing Parking Spaces, It Is Necessary To Recreate The Spaces On The Investment Site (The Existing Parking Spaces In The Car Park Located On The Eastern And Southern Sides Currently Fully Meet The Needs Of The Facility). As Regards The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Existing Building Of The Indoor Swimming Pool: : General Construction Works: - Change Of The Functional Layout Of The Entrance Zone - Cash Registers And Drying Zone, Including The Extension Of The Existing Facility; - Modernization And Change Of The Layout Of The Cloakrooms And Sanitary Facilities, Cloakrooms For The Disabled On The Ground Floor And Swimming Pool Cloakrooms On The 1St Floor, The Introduction Of Separate Changing Rooms), Including The Adaptation Of The Cloakroom Area To The Needs Of The Disabled; - Changing The Layout Of Social And Office Rooms For Employees; - Replacement Of The Spa Bathtub; - Replacement Of Ceramic Linings In The Basins With Sealing And Starting Platforms; - Replacement Of Ceramic Linings In The Overflow Gutter Along With Reprofiling The Inside Of The Gutter To Quieten The Water Runoff; - Replacement Of Ceramic Cladding And Sealing For The Overflow Tanks Of The Recreational And Swimming Pools; - Replacement Of The Floor Of The Main Hall On The Ground Floor And On The First Floor, And The Main Staircase; - Replacement Of The Plastic Overflow Tank For The Spa Bathtub; - Replacement Of Suspended Ceilings, Lighting And Electrical Installation; - Replacement Of Doors In The Entire Building; - Replacement Of The Downhill Pipe Of The Slide With Dynamometers; - Reconstruction Of The Saunarium With The Introduction Of A Dry, Steam And Infrared Sauna, A Salt Cave And A Cold Swimming Pool; - Modernization Of The Façade Of The Existing Indoor Swimming Pool Building (Renovation Of The Plaster And Colors While Maintaining The Current Cladding Materials); - Sealing The Roof Covering In The Places Where The Substructure Of Solar Panels Is Installed And Replacing The Panels And Circulation Pipes; - Cleaning, Impregnation And Protection Of Roof Trusses Made Of Glued Wood And Installation Of An Acoustic Ceiling In The Swimming Pool Hall; -Assembly Of A Crane Or Crane For Unloading Pool Chemicals; - Replacement Of Railings In The Staircases And In The Sports Pool Room; - Adaptation Of The Existing Building For The Disabled, Including The Installation Of Pool Lifts; - Reconstruction Of The Server Room; - Refreshment Of The Room. Modernization And Change Of The Layout Of The Cloakrooms And Sanitary Facilities, Cloakrooms For The Disabled On The Ground Floor And Swimming Pool Cloakrooms On The 1St Floor, The Introduction Of Separate Changing Rooms), Including The Adaptation Of The Cloakroom Area To The Needs Of The Disabled. In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Technology Of Works Or Products Used In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Informs That This Record Is Only An Example And Is An Indication For The Contractor What Minimum Equivalent Quality Parameters And Functional Features Should Be Provided By The Products Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
