2023/109 Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Dynamic Light Scattering (Dls) And Zeta Potential (Vζ) Equipment.Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Dynamic Light Scattering (Dls) And Zeta Potential (Vζ) Equipment For The Synaps Project – Synthetic Neurons And Artificial Photoactivated Synapses Funded By The European Union In The Framework Of The Horizon Europe Program, Ga. Nº 101076014. The Synaps Project Has As Its Objective The Manufacture Of Artificial Synapses And For Its Development It Will Use Liposomes As Artificial Cells. The Characterization Of These Nano Particles Is Done Through Dls, And With Measurement Of Vζ. It Is Important To Monitor Interactions Between Liposomes Over Time, And Also With Different Amounts Of An Additional Reagent, Which Can Be Done With An Automatic Assessment. Then, The Team Must Be Able To Measure Dls And Vζ Of Liposome Dispersions In A Wide Range Of Concentrations, Correlated With Time And With The Possibility Of Making Self-Assessments. Since Compounds With Redox Reactivity Are Used In The Project, It Is Essential That The Measurement Of Vζ Be Made Without Using Electric Fields.
