The Main Objective Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Technical Supervision / Site Management Services For The Execution Of The Hydrotechnical Construction Works Of The Călata Reservoir Dam, Which Remains To Be Executed, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Award Documentation. The Provider Will Have The Role And Attributions Of The Site Manager, According To The Legislation In The Field (Order No. 1496/2011, Law No. 10/1995). The Călata Reservoir Is Located On The Călata Watercourse (Cadastral Code Iii.44.3), On The Administrative Territory Of The Towns Of Călata (Uat Călățele) And Sâncraiu (Uat Sâncraiu), Cluj County, And Includes Works Remaining To Be Executed In Order To Complete The Investment Objective. The Călata Reservoir Will Be Built By Building A Frontal Dam Made Of Homogeneous Soil, I.E. Deep, Sandy Clays, Deposited In 30 Cm Thick Layers, To Achieve A Degree Of Compaction Of 95%98% With A Maximum Height Of H=15.5 M , Length At The Crest Of L=1047.0 M, Width At The Crest Of B=6.00 M And Slopes Of The Slopes Of 1:3 On The Upstream Face And 1:3, 1:3.5 On The Downstream Face. The Value Of The Remaining Works For The Investment Objective, Accumulation Calata Object, Is 58,898,540.22 Lei, Without Vat. The Estimated Value For The Purchase Of This Site Management Services Contract Is 1,251,354.53 Lei, Without Vat, Related To The Value Of The Construction And Assembly Works Remaining To Be Executed At The Accumulation Calata Object.
