The Client Wants An Evaluation Of The Norwegian Electoral Directorates Support To Municipalities And County Municipalities In The Implementation Of The Election. This Support Is Mainly Linked To The Use Of The Election Administration System Eva, Training, User Support And Information. It Is Desirable To Be Clarified Whether The Cooperation Between The Norwegian Electoral Directorate And Municipalities And County Municipalities Has Functioned In A Satisfactory Manner, And Whether The Norwegian Electoral Directorate Has Solved The Tasks Related To Providing The Municipalities With Support And Tools For Conducting The Election In An Appropriate Manner. The Contractor Must Also Carry Out A Survey Which Is Sent Out To Municipalities And County Councils After The Election (The Election Implementation Survey). The Purpose Of The Survey Is To Obtain Statistics On The Conduct Of Elections In Municipalities And County Municipalities. The Upper Financial Limit For The Acquisition Is Nok 1,500,000 Ex. Vat. The Contractor Must Deliver The Assignments Two Reports By 15 December 2023.
