The Subject Of The Contract Is The Care Of Sick Or Free-Living (Wild) Animals In Need Of Assistance From The Psary Commune, Including Providing Them With Transport, Proper Living Conditions During Treatment And, If Necessary, Further Rehabilitation Care In The Years 2023-2025.2. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes: 2.1. Catching Sick Or Wild Animals In Need Of Help From The Area Of The Psary Commune, 2.2. Transport And Placement Of Captured Animals In A Wild Animal Rehabilitation Centre, 2.3. Incurring The Costs Of The Purchase Of Food, Equipment And Equipment Ensuring Appropriate Living Conditions For The Donated Animals During The Treatment Period And, If Necessary, Further Rehabilitation Care And Return To The Natural Environment Or Lifelong Care, 2.4. Confirmation In Writing And In The Form Of Photo Documentation Of Each Transfer Of The Animal To The Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center, Trapping Of Free-Living Animals Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of 3 Hours After A Telephone Notification By Employees Of The Psary Commune Office Or The Municipal Management Plant In Psary. Have Not Been Convicted By A Final Court Judgment For Animal Abuse, And None Of The Employees Employed By The Contractor Having Contact With Animals Has Been Convicted By A Final Court Judgment For Animal Abuse, 3.2. Have Experience Confirmed By Proper Performance In The Last 3 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Tenders, And If The Period Of Business Activity Is Shorter - During This Period They Have Performed At Least 1 Service In The Field Of Catching, Transport And Care Of Free-Living Animals For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 40,000 Gross Together With Specifying Its Value, Date Of Performance And The Entity For Which The Services Have Been Provided, And Attaching Evidence That They Have Been Or Are Being Performed Properly, 3.3. As At The Date Of Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Should Have: A) A Permit To Run A Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center Or A Permit To Catch, Treat And Rehabilitate Them, Issued By The General Director For Environmental Protection Or The Regional Director For Environmental Protection Competent For The Area Of Operation, B) For The Storage Of Live Animal Specimens, C) A Veterinary Number, D) A Signed Agreement On Cooperation With A Veterinarian In Order To Provide First Aid Or Demonstrate Cooperation With A Veterinarian, E) A Current Permit For The Carrier In Accordance With Art. 10 Paragraph 1 Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 For The Transport Of Animals. 3.4. The Contractor Should Have The Equipment Necessary To Perform The Contract: I.E. A) Equipment For Catching Wild Animals, I.E. At Least: Barrier Net, Throwing Net, Animal Catcher, Animal Catcher With A Bag For Catching Small Animals, Reptile Catcher, Immobilizes The Reptile, Cage-Trap. B) A Means Of Transport (A Car) For The Transport Of Animals Approved By The Poviat Veterinary Officer And A Current Permit For The Carrier In Accordance With Art. 10 Section 1 Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 For The Transport Of Animals. In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Requirements Referred To In Points 3.3 To 3.4, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With Statements Or Documents In The Form Of The Original Or A Copy Certified By The Contractor For Compliance With The Original . 4.
