The Scope Of The Renovation Includes In Particular: • Demolition Of Ceramic Tiles, Terrazzo Window Sills, Kitchen Equipment, • Demolition Of The Underfloor Sewage System, • Installation Of New Layers Of Waterproofing For Floors And Walls,• Execution Of Floors And Wall Coverings Made Of Ceramic Tiles, • Filling And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings Above The Coverings Made Of Ceramic Tiles, • Casing Of Central Heating Risers, • Execution Of New Water And Sewage Connections, • Alteration Of The Electrical Installation, • Repair And Finishing Works Related To Supplying Power To Rooms, • Installation Of New Sanitary Equipment And Utensils: Washbasins For Employees, Two Cabinets With Stainless Steel Joints, Kitchen Furniture, Minor Equipment, • Replacement Of The Hatch In The Floor With A New One Made Of Stainless Steel, • Demolition Of Service Windows And Their Replacement With New Doors With Service Windows • Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, • Repair And Finishing Works Related To Supplying Power To The Rooms, • Installation Of Exhaust Fans Connected To A Light Switch With A Timer Switch, • Protection For The Duration Of The Works Of Installations And Devices Intended To Preserve, In Particular: A Humidifier, Detectors Of The Fire Alarm System, Emergency Lighting Fittings And Others. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Services And Supplies Related To The Construction Works Performed. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Art Of Engineering And Generally Applicable Law.
