1. The Order Concerns The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Sanitary Rooms And The Implementation Of An Internal Fire Hydrant Installation In The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Jarocin Located At Ul. T. Kościuszko As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled “Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Jarocin At Ul. Kościuszko, Including The Performance Of All Works Leading To The Achievement Of A State Consistent With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Swz. The Subject Of The Investment Includes The Disassembly Of Door Joinery And Equipment In Sanitary Facilities, Chipping Off Ceramic Tiles From The Walls, Demolition Of Partition Walls Between Toilets And Urinals, Chipping Off Floors, Dismantling Of Existing Installations (Water, Sewage, Electric And Heating) And Distribution Of New Ones, Water Supply Installation, Sanitary Sewage System, Electrical Installation, Heating Installation, Replacement Of Window Joinery, Concrete Floor With Anti-Moisture Insulation, Slurrying Of External Walls, Plastering Of Walls And Ceilings, Facing Walls And Floors With Ceramic Tiles, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of Hpl Board Buildings, Installation Of Door Joinery, White Assembly, Wall Painting, Fire Protection Installation Fire Hydrant, Hand-Held Fire-Fighting Equipment, Fire-Fighting Water Piping Systems 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In The Design Documentation, Draft Contract And Stwior. 3. If The Technical Documentation/Bill Of Quantities/Stwior Contains The Name Of The Manufacturer Or Company, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use Other Materials Equivalent, But With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Documentation/Stwior And The Bill Of Quantities. 3.1. According To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To. 3.2. According To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Employer Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree. 3.3. Whenever The Swz Indicates A Material Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Material That Meets The Technical Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. Whenever This Specification Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies It Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Guaranteeing Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies Or Materials Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Acceptance Of Equivalent Materials On The Part Of The Ordering Party Will Take Place In Writing On The Basis Of Documents Submitted By The Contractor (Catalogue Cards Or Other Documents) Confirming Their Equivalence. 3.4. Note: With Regard To Each Standard Referred To In The Swz, Including The National Standard, The Employer Allows The Use Of An Equivalent Standard. Thus, Each Phrase Included In The Swz Referring To A Standard, Normative, Approval, Material, Patent Or Trademark Should Be Read With The Accompanying Note Or Equivalent, Taking Into Account The Guidelines And Requirements Specified In The Swz Specifying The Equivalence Parameters.4. Common Procurement Vocabulary Of The Cpv: 45000000-7 - Construction Works 45210000-2 - Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings 45300000-0- Installation Works In Buildings45453000-7 - Repair And Renovation Works45332000-3 - Water And Sewage Installation Works45311000-0 - Cabling Works And Electrical Installations.5. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Partial Submissions. 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Envisage Dividing The Contract Into Parts. Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be Stated That It Is Indivisible. Dividing The Performance Of The Contract Into Lots Would Result In Increased Costs, Implementation Difficulties And The Risk Of Delaying Deadlines, As Well As Being Artificial And Pointless. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers And Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7.
