The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With A Guarantee For The Proposed Car. The Warranty Period Is Set At 24 Months For The Entire Car With No Mileage Limit, Which Will Start On The Day Of Signing The Car Acceptance Report Without Reservations. During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, Free Of Charge, The Revealed And Confirmed Defects Of The Delivered Car As Well As Defects In Equipment And Materials. In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of The Car At The Authorized Service Station Of The Offered Car Within 50 Km From The Employers Seat Located At Ul. 50 Km From The Employers Seat, Providing The Name, Address And Contact Details Of The Proposed Station). The Ordering Party Stipulates That For The Duration Of The Service Or Warranty Repairs Lasting Longer Than 5 Days, The Contractor Or An Authorized Service Indicated By Him Must Provide A Replacement Vehicle With Parameters Not Worse Than The Repaired One. Service Is Understood As Periodic Inspections Resulting From Vehicle Documents And Warranty Repairs.
