The Investment Task Has Been Divided Into Two Parts. 1) Part I: Reconstruction And Extension Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wielkie Radowiska: The Task Includes The Performance Of Construction Works On Land Plot No. 167/2 In Wielkie Radowiska, Consisting In The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Technological Hall Building And Expansion Of The Water Treatment Plant In The Scope Of: Drinking Water Tanks - 2 Pcs., Water Pipelines, Sanitary Sewage System, Technological Sewage System, Station Technology, Internal Installation, Building Construction, Thermal Modernization, Deep Wells 2 Pcs., Demolition, Land Development, Low Voltage Cable Lines - External Lighting, Electrical Installations, Power Generator - Power Supply, Photovoltaic Installation, As-Built Inventory. And Pipelines For Sewage Disposal, 45255110 -3 Construction Works In The Field Of Wells, 45247270-3 Construction Of Tanks, 45232100-3 Auxiliary Works In The Field Of Water Supply, 45453000-7 Repair And Renovation Works, 45310000-3 Electrical Installation Works, 45231400-9 Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Power Lines, 34928200-0 Fencing, 45111291-4 Land Development Works, 09331200-0 Solar Photoelectric Modules.2. The Employer Allows Partial Tenders To Be Submitted Separately For: Part I - Reconstruction And Extension Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wielkie Radowiska Or Part Ii - Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant In The Dębowa Łąka Commune, Or Jointly For Both Parts. The Contractor May Submit A Separate Offer For Part I And Part Ii, Or Both Parts Together.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers And Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 And 8.5. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Are Included In The Design Documentation For Part I, Annex 11A; 12A And 13A For Part Ii, Annexes 11B, 12B And 13B And This Swz.6. Equivalent Solutions. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described One. When Analyzing The Technical Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 Of The Act, The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, This Means That They Are Given As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices Equivalent, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Qualitative Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Technical Documentation. The Contractor, Who Uses Devices Or Equivalent Materials, Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Will Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
