Tenders Are Invited For Barriers And Opportunities To WomenS Paid Employment In Fiji The Project Has Three Components: Preparation; Implementation (Data Collection And Organization); And Analysis. Specific Tasks And Responsibilities That The Firm Will Undertake Are As Follows: Preparation: * Draft Fieldwork Plan, Specifying Sampling And Recruitment Strategies, Codes Of Conduct For Interviewers, Gbv And Covid-19 Related Research Protocols, Etc. * Develop Informed Consent Form/Protocol For Participation, Which Must Be Completed By Each Participant Prior To The Beginning Of The Work. * Provide Feedback And Inputs To Instruments To Guide The Qualitative Work (Different Instruments Will Be Needed For The Different Groups Targeted By The Research). * The Firm (Specifically The Interviewers/Fieldworkers) Will Organize And Participate In A Preparation/Training Workshop, Including The World Bank Team, During Which Rational Of The Study, Conceptual Framework, Methodology, Instruments, Gbv-Related Research Protocols, And Codes Of Conduct Will Be Finalized And Discussed. It Is Expected That The Firm Will Train More Enumerators Than Needed To Account For Illness Or Other Unforeseen Circumstances. * The Firm Will Pilot The Instruments Through 2 Focus Group Discussions And 2 Interviews. These Will Be Included In The Final Sample Only If Of Good Quality And If The Questionnaires Remain Comparable To The Roll-Out Version. The Pilot Will Entail Trialing Each Of The Instruments Within The Selected Community And Refining Questions Or Methodology As Appropriate Based On The Results Of The Trial.
