The Nt Would Like To Incorporate And Reflect Good Practices And Lessons Learned That Should Guide The Needed Legal, Regulatory And Institutional Changes To The Existing Ppp Legislation. Furthermore, Nt Wants To Assess The Impact Of These Revisions And The Coherency With The Laws Under South AfricaS Overarching Legislative Framework Including The Draft Public Procurement Bill, The Public Finance Management Act (Pfma) And The Municipal Finance Management Act (Mfma). The Wb Assistance Will Therefore Focus On The Proposed Legal And Regulatory Changes To The Ppp Framework At A National And Provincial Sphere Of Government, And The Ppp Framework And Guidelines As Applicable To The Municipal Sphere Within The Context Of These Several Legislations.
