The Property Stock Consists Of More Than 1,000 Buildings Of Around 1.2 Million Square Meters And 5,000 Undeveloped Properties. Close To 60 Per Cent Of The Buildings Are Schools, Nurseries And Nursing Homes. The Remaining Are, Among Other Things, Office Buildings, Port Buildings, Fire Stations, Parking Facilities And Sports Halls. In Order To Cover The Agencys Needs For Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Buildings And Areas, Bergen Municipality At The Agency For Building And Property Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement As Soon As Possible With Two Suppliers For Delivery Of Services Within Soil And Concrete.
