The Offer Through The Public Market Platform Must Be Made For The Net Value Without Vat Likewise, It Is Noted That This Bidding Process Will Be Done By Awarded Item, For Which Reason Each Supplier May Offer For One Of The Items Indicated In This Point, For More Than One Or For All Of Them, Each Item Corresponding To One Product Or Service Line.
