The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply And Installation Of Park Benches, Waste Bins And Planters For The Municipality Of Pernik. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Warranty Responsibility For The Delivered Garden Furniture. The Delivery Will Be Made, After Awarding With A Letter Of Assignment, By The Contracting Authority. This Public Procurement Must Be Performed In Compliance With The Conditions And Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Organization Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Procurement. The Garden Furniture Must Be Delivered By Transport At The Contractors Expense, Including Loading And Unloading. All Delivered Garden Furniture Subject To This Public Procurement Must Be New, Unused.
