The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A New And Modernization Of The Existing Social And Cultural Infrastructure In The Koĺ„Skowola Commune. The Investment Includes The Following Tasks: Modernization And Adaptation To The Social Function Of A Post-School Building In Skorzeszyn And Construction Of A Service Building - A Village Hall In Pulki. Modernization And Adaptation To The Social Function Of The Post-School Building In The Village Of Skorzeszyn Includes Construction Works In The Construction And Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Industries. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Primary School In Skowieszyn With Social Apartments, With The Change Of Use Of Part Of The School Building Into An Environmental Self-Help House. As Part Of The Electrical Works, The Following Are Planned: • Execution Of The Internal Electrical Installation Of The Designed Building In The Scope Of: • Power Supply And Measurement Of Electricity, • Rg Electrical Switchgear, • Fire Protection Switch, • Basic Internal Lighting Electrical Installation• Electrical Installation Of Emergency Lighting For Escape Routes, • Illuminated Safety Signs, • Electrical Installation Of 230 V Ac Plug Sockets, • Installation Of 400 V Ac Three-Phase Sockets, • Installation Of Power Supply For Ventilation And Heating Devices, • Installation Of An Alarm And Paging System In A Toilet For The Disabled, • Teletechnical Installation • Overvoltage Protection • Electric Shock Protection And Equipotential Bonding. Construction Of A Service Building - A Village Clubhouse In Pulki Includes Construction Works In The Construction And Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Industries. Window Joinery In Part Made Of Pvc And Aluminum With An Insulation Value Not Exceeding 1.1 W/M2xk. The Internal Window Sills Are Made Of Conglomerate And The External Ones Are Made Of Coated Sheet. External Doors Made Of Pvc And Aluminum With Thermal Insulation Not Higher Than 1.5 W/M2xk. Internal Board, Wooden And Aluminum Doors. Elevation Insulated With Styrofoam Th. 20Cm And Partly Wool 20Cm. Finishing The Facade With Thin-Layer Plaster, Natural Stone, Gr. 12 Cm And Boards On A Wooden Grid. Around The Building, Paved Surfaces Should Be Made Of 6 Cm Thick Cobblestones And Concrete Slabs At The Entrance To The Building And On The Terrace. Block Surfaces With Concrete Edging. A Water Supply Connection To The Existing Water Supply Network Should Be Made To The Building, A Sanitary Sewage System Connection To A Sealed Tank, And An Underground Wlz Internal Installation. The Buildings Sewage Systems, The Buildings Internal Central Heating System, A Built-In Boiler Room With A Heat Pump, A Ventilation System With A Heat Recovery Unit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Designs (Architecture, Structure, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations), Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb For The Skowieszyna Building And Designs (Architecture, Electrics, Plumbing, Water Supply Connection), Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Geotechnical Opinion, Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of The Parties Obligations Is Also Included In The Contract Template Constituting Appendix 3 To The Tor.
