The Subject Of The Contract Is: Adaptation Of The Building In Brzeźnica For The Needs Of Increasing The Number Of Places For Pre-School Education And Other Needs Integrating The Local Community - Stage I. Description Of The Investment Included In The Application Under The Polish Lada Program. The Room After The School Will Fulfill A Social Function Due To The Location Of The Building In The Center Of The Village, It Will Be An Ideal Meeting Place For Local And Non-Governmental Organizations, Village Meetings And Other Initiatives Of The Local Community And A Library Point. A Safe Playground For Preschoolers, A Square For Village Festivals, A Shelter For Meetings And Outdoor Feasts Are Planned In The Green Area. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Adaptation Of The Building In Brzeźnica For The Purpose Of Increasing The Number Of Preschool Education Places And Other Needs Integrating The Local Community - Stage I As Part Of The Contract, Design Documentation Was Developed For The Construction Project: Reconstruction And Extension Of The Primary School Building In Order To Adaptation Of The Facility Into A 2-Unit Kindergarten And A Village Common Room With A Playground For Children, For Construction Works Requiring A Building Permit Based On The Issued Decision Of The Staroste Of Racibórz No. 2.7.2023 Of January 24, 2023 Approving The Plot Development Project And The Architectural Design - And Granting A Building Permit On Plot No. 188 At Ul. Kozielska 11 In Brzeźnica. 4. As Part Of The Task, I.E. The First Stage, The Following Should Be Performed: 1) Reconstruction Of The Kindergarten In Order To Adapt The Facility To A 2-Unit Public Kindergarten And A Village Common Room, Along With Adaptation To Applicable Regulations Regarding Fire Protection, As Well As Hygienic, Sanitary And Functional Protection: A) Extension Of The Lift Platform Shaft To The Eastern Wall On The North Side Of The Building, B) Construction Of New External Stairs Constituting A Descent To The Boiler Room In The Basement, C) Separation Of All Necessary Rooms For Children, Auxiliary And Social Rooms For The Kindergarten, D) Separation Of The Necessary Roads, Access And Passageways, E) Implementation Of Thermal Insulation Of Parts Of The Walls, Roof And Flat Roof, F) Brick Up The Existing, Redundant Openings, G) Demolition Of Partition Walls, H) Implementation Of Lintels And Binders Over The Designed Openings, I) Securing The Existing Ceilings On Wooden Beams To Rei 60 Fire Resistance, J ) Execution Of Partition Walls, K) Execution Of A Suspended Ceiling, L) Window And Door Carpentry, M) Execution Of Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, N) Execution Of Finishing Works, O) Execution Of Sanitary Installations (Reconstruction Of Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Heating Ventilation) And Electrical (Reconstruction Of The Connection, New Electrical Installation, Reconstruction Of The Basic And Emergency Lighting, Adaptation Of The Installation To Fire Safety Requirements).
