Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Description Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix 1 To The Swz; Detailed Requirements Of The Orderer In Relation To The Delivery1. The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Delivery Of The Goods By Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense To The Warehouse Of The 32Nd Military Economic Department In Zamość, (From 8 Am To 3 Pm Monday To Thursday, 8 Am To 12 Pm Friday), To The Place Indicated Below. - Zamości - St. Wojska Polskiego 2F, 22-400 Zamość, Mag. Food Service2. All Delivered Goods Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Price Form, Must Be Brand New (Cat. 1), Unused And Free From Defects And Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging Or Packaging Of The Supplier Performing The Agreement, With The Manufacturers Markings And Catalog Number (If Any) ).3. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract. Due Diligence Is Required In The Performance Of Obligations Under The Agreement.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Specific Requirements Contained In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards.5. The Parties Agree That The Transfer Of Ownership Of The Delivered Disposable Dishes Will Take Place Upon Their Delivery To The Ordering Party.6. The Price Of The Agreement Also Includes The Delivery Of Disposable Dishes Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement To The Warehouse Located In: Zamość, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 2F, 22-400 Zamość.7. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Goods At His Own Cost And Risk. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damages Or Shortages Caused During Transport. The Goods Must Be Secured By Non-Returnable Packaging Guaranteeing That They Will Not Be Damaged During Transport And Handling.8. The Goods Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Brand New, Of The First Quality, Unused, Not Regenerated, From Production At Least In 20229. The Condition For The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance By The Ordering Party Will Be The Contractors Delivery Of The Following Set Of Documents Together With The Goods: 1) Vat Invoice (Original And Copy), 2) Goods Acceptance Report (1 Copy Signed By Representatives Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party).10. The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery: 1) In The Part Exceeding The Quantities Specified In This Agreement, 2) If The Delivery Contains Other Goods Than Those Indicated In The Agreement Or Is Inconsistent In Terms Of Quality (I.E. The Delivered Goods Are Incomplete, Defective Or Inconsistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement ).11. In The Event Of Refusal To Accept The Delivery, The Goods Are Considered Undelivered, And The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Pay Remuneration For The Goods.12. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Provisions And Standards Applicable In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement. The Contractor Declares That He Has All The Required Powers, Knowledge, Experience And Human And Technical Potential Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement.
