The Subject Of The Contract Is: Introduction Of The Fabasoft 2023 Cloud Registry For The Office Of The Ko ice Self-Governing Region, Introduction Of The Fabasoft 2023 Cloud Registry For Organizations Within The Scope Of Establishment Of The Customer, Introducing Data From The Existing Fabasoft 2016 Onpremise Registry Into The Fabasoft 2023 Cloud Registry, Support Of The Existing Solution, Fabasoft 2023 Cloud Technical Support, Work Connected With The Further Development Of The Registry, Development Of The Exit Plan Of Registry Data. A More Detailed Technical Specification Is Given In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts Because The Individual Performance Forms One Logical And Functional Whole. The Subject Of The Order Represents Homogenous Activities That Are Interconnected In Terms Of Process, Time And Substance. Performances Representing The Subject Of The Order Are Provided By The Same Range Of Potential Suppliers, Especially Considering The Scope And Specificity Of The Order, The Place Of Performance And The Type Of Customer. Especially With Regard To Local, Material, Functional And Temporal Links, The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements For Performance, The Division Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Be Illogical, Inexpedient, Uneconomical And Unfeasible From A Technical Point Of View. Dividing The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts Is Technically And Procedurally Unfeasible, Due To The Fact That The Supply In Question Is A Set Of Services That Are Directly Related To Each Other, And The Result Is The Provision Of The Work Necessary To Deploy The Registry For The Office Of The Ko ice Self-Governing Region And To Develop The Architecture Of The New Solution And Associated Project Management , Analytical Work And Programming Work, Including Testing The Functionality Of The Solution. A Possible Division Into Parts Or The Announcement Of Several Public Procurements Does Not Mean An Expansion Of The Potential Relevant Market. Failure To Divide The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts Is Justified And Justified And Does Not Constitute A Violation Of The Principles Of Public Procurement. With Regard To The Nature And Expected Value Of The Contract, It Is Clear That Economic Entities Meeting The Attributes Of Small Or Of A Medium-Sized Enterprise And Their Joint Delivery Within One Order Is The Usual Method Of Delivery.
