Husyhtämä (Henceforth Hus Or The Customer) Requests Participation Applications In The Dynamic Supplier Register For The Procurement Of Individual Ophthalmologist Receptions And Examination Visits. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes The Individual Reception And Examination Services In The Specialty Field Of Ophthalmology (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Or Services) For Outpatients Under The Responsibility Of The Customer. Individual Reception And Examination Services Are Mainly The Ophthalmologists Examinations Required On The Basis Of A Referral From The Health Center Doctor Or Follow-Up Examinations Of A Single Illness Or Surgery.
