Within The Framework Of The B bolna Energy Community Project (Taking Into Account Vet 66/B A Of Act Lxxxvi Of 2007 With Regard To Functional Rights), A Group Of Newly Realized And Already Existing Photovoltaic And Conventional Producers, Battery Storage, And Residential And Industrial Consumers Are Organized Into An Energy Community System. The Design And Operation Of The System Requires An It And Telecommunications Solution That Supports Complex Technical And Commercial (Accounting) Functions. By Using Them, It Can Be Ensured That Separate Devices, Systems And Consumers Can Operate In An Automatic Unified Energy Community And Smart Grid Plant. This Procurement Is Intended To Specify The It System Of The Energy Community Realized Within The Framework Of The Project, Which Includes The Software, The Central And End-Point Hardware Solutions (With Particular Regard To Measuring Devices, Intelligent Data Transmission, Field Devices Implementing Local Intelligence), As Well As The Data Communication Connecting The Central System And Field Devices. The Software To Be Purchased Must Comply With The Applicable Legal Regulations (Vet., Vhr.), Regulations Of The Hungarian Electricity Authority, Dso And Tso Regulations (List Of Regulators In Appendix 1). This Tender Consciously Selects The Devices That Provide Information And Execute The Given Software As Part Of The Procurement Framework. Due To The Fact That The Communication Protocol And Measurement Algorithm Of This Type Of Market Devices Is A Risk Element Of Matching The Operating Software And Not A Matter Of Resilience.
